Quick Facts:

  • The MagTek iDynamo 6 must be used while inside the integrated POS case
  • It connects to the iPad via lighting port connection

Card Reader Setup

First, follow the instructions for installing the iPad and card reader into the case. Once assembly is complete, verify connectivity in the Rezku POS app.

  • Open Rezku POS on the iPad
  • Tap the gear icon near the top left to go to Settings
  • Look for the indicator next to Card Reader to show "connected" status

Testing the Card Reader

We recommend running a test transaction to confirm operation.

  • Ring up an item on the POS that is at least $1.00
  • Insert your card into the iD6 card reader and confirm the transaction is completed

Integrated Card Reader Case

The case is available in both iPad mini and standard iPad sizes. It houses and protects both your iPad and the iDynamo 6 card reader, and allows for swipe, EMV, and contactless payments.


The case is modular and can fit an array of different stands and straps for stationary or mobile use. The vault case can also be equipped with a hot swappable battery that can help to keep the iPad and card reader charged for all day use.

Optional Battery

mPulse battery backup is an optional upgrade to the case that fits it with hot swappable batteries that will keep both the iDynamo 6 and your iPad charged throughout the day. 


LED indicator lights for mPulse: 

The LED indicator lights on the back of the case are only functional with mPulse battery backup installed. The lights designate certain power level status based on color and blinking speed.


As the battery level gets lower, the indicator light will go from solid green to blinking and finally blinking red. The speed of the blinking increases as the battery is drained.
