Star SP-700 Impact Printer (Legacy)

The Star SP-700 is an impact printer previously sold by Rezku in the DHCP variation.


This printer uses standard paper (not thermal) and a replaceable ribbon.


Test Print

  • Turn the printer off using the rocker switch
  • Hold the FEED button
  • Turn the printer on while holding down the FEED button
  • Release the FEED button when the test print begins to print

Factory Reset

Factory reset is performed using the DIP switches. Refer to the attached document "How to reset Star Printers".


DIP Switches

The printer uses DIP switches on the bottom that have to be set in the correct order for the printer to function with Rezku POS. Currently this configuration is undocumented.


DIP switches are located on the bottom of the printer, covered by a small panel.
