Paper roll size is 3 1/8ths Inches X 230 Feet.
The printer uses thermal paper and does not use ink. Plain paper will not work and will come out blank.
NOTE: Loading the paper backwards will produce a blank receipt and may cause printer feed issues.
When the printer boots up, all the lights on the front panel blink. This is normal.
NOTE: Additional front panel lights can be found in the attached Epson service guide.
There are two lights that will keep the printer from connecting to the POS:
Error LED (Orange) -- This light indicates there is an error with the printer.
Paper-Out LED (Orange) -- This light indicates that the paper is out.
NOTE: When these lights appear on the printer, POS printing will cease to function. You will get an error on the POS and the printer will show disconnected in printer settings. Follow the above steps to clear the error and printing should resume automatically.
For receipt printer functions, you can connect the printer via LAN or Bluetooth. For kitchen printing only LAN should be used, as Bluetooth is a short-range connection subject to wireless interference.
Make sure your network is set up per Rezku specifications. The printer must be connected to your dedicated POS network to function properly.

The IP address you receive may be slightly different, but it needs to match your POS router, indicating they are on the same network.
After the printer is connected to the network, follow the steps for configuring printers in Rezku POS.
TM-M30-III (3rd Gen) printers must be put into BT pairing mode first. This is not required for the TM-M30-II (2nd Gen).

Bluetooth is authorized for use for receipt printing functionality for stationary POS only. Bluetooth is a low-power wireless signal for use within a range of 3-5 feet (subject to interference) and not through walls.
NOTE: Bluetooth printers can only be connected to one POS iPad.
To pair your iPad to the printer using Bluetooth:
1. From the iPad desktop, tap the iPad Settings app
2. On the left side menu, tap Bluetooth and make sure it is on.
3. Select the TMm30 Printer from the list of devices.
When the printer shows connected, return to the Rezku POS app to follow the steps for configuring printers.
If the printer doesn't show up as an available device in iPad Bluetooth settings you can perform a printer reset.
To reset the printer:
The status sheet has various printer information on it, including the MAC address. The MAC address is a unique code used to identify the printer during POS configuration. NOTE: We instruct all users to label the printers with the MAC address. This will streamline setup when connecting to printers.
There are two methods to print the Status Sheet:
