Staff Notices (POS Notes)

Staff notices can be accessed by tapping the NOTES button on the POS login screen, near the clock in/out buttons.


There are three classifications of notes. Notes can be added to any of the fields freely but the notes are wiped every 24 hours automatically.


One exception is the 86'd items list. If Utilizing the inventory countdown feature, items with a stock level of zero will be listed here until the stock level increases above zero.


Notes Sections:

  • Today’s Specials -- Enter notes about specials and reminders to up-sell

  • 86’D Items List -- Enter items that are not available today. Alternatively, you can 86 the items using the inventory countdown.

  • Manager’s Notes -- Enter reminders for staff or general communication.
