The CRM database is for saving guest information. Track your customers' spending habits, store their contact information, their loyalty points and order history. There is no limit to the number of customer profiles you can store in CRM.
NOTE: You can edit customer contact information, dates and IDs but you can not edit customer loyalty points or other data tracked by the system.

You can mark a CRM customer as "Tax Exempt". This will automatically make all orders for this customer tax exempt -- taxes will not be collected for orders rung up under this customer's name.
To enable tax exemption, toggle "Tax Exempt" when adding the customer to the CRM in back office.
You can add a reoccurring discount that will be applied to all orders made by this customer by adding a coupon code to their account. NOTE: This coupon will be applied to every order, every time they order.
