Happy Hours

Happy Hours are timed pricing adjustments that happen automatically on the POS.

There are 3 steps to setting up Happy Hours

  1. Create a Happy Hour preset
  2. Configure the time-based rules
  3. Set the price of products within the Happy Hour

NOTE: Happy Hours can overlap time periods but products can not have pricing adjustments in overlapping happy hour periods.

TIP: Sales reporting for Happy Hours can be viewed in the Happy Hour Sales by Hour export. To help you see how effective your promotions are.

Happy Hour Prices On the POS

Happy Hour prices update to the POS automatically. Staff members just ring in the orders normally.

However, managers can override standard pricing and apply Happy Hour prices outside of their time-frame by tapping on a product that’s been added to a ticket and scrolling below the modifiers to Pricing. Here, you can apply the happy hour pricing to the product by tapping on it.
