Order Search
Order Search
There are two ways to view orders, Orders by Date, and Order Search. The list will be empty if there are no current orders to display, or no records to match for search.
To View Orders
Click the button next to the order
- Details Button -- View details about the order
- View Receipt Button -- View a virtual receipt for the order
Orders by Day
By default the view shows orders from today
Use the Filter By Status drop-down menu to select a filter if desired
To change the date, click the calendar icon in the top left of the page.
Orders from the selected day will be in the view
Order Search
Click on the text box in the top right hand corner, enter your search criteria, and press enter.
You can search by:
Order ID -- The Orders ID, assigned by Rezku. Can be found on the receipt or chit.
Customer Name -- The name on a credit card is often scraped and added to the Order as an identifier.
Card Type -- You can search and bring up a list of all the same credit cards, Visa, Amex, Mastercard etc.
Last Four (of card number) -- The last four digits of the credit card are also searchable.
Server Name -- The name of the server who entered the order can also be searched.
