Manage Inventory

For products with a fixed count, each sale will deplete the count by one.  Inventory count can be managed from this screen or entered in Back Office > Inventory > Inventory Countdown

  • Navigate your menu on the right side of the screen.
  • The current count appears  in the top right corner of the product tile
  • Tap a product to manage.
  • On the left, tap the current count for the selected product, below the product tile
    • Use the on-screen keypad to modify the count
    • Tap Update Inventory to accept the new value
  • Or, tap 86 to instantly drop the count to zero.

When the count reaches zero or an item is 86'ed, the item will be greyed out and will require a manager's PIN override to add it to an order. To make an 86'ed product available, increase the product count.
