Delivery Managment

Delivery management in Rezku POS helps you effectively keep track of delivery orders and drivers.


When creating a delivery order,  select an order type with the input set to "Delivery". This is configured in Back Office > Settings > Order Settings > View Order Types.



Adding a customer to a delivery

When your order is set to "Delivery", it will take you to CRM entry for you to add or search for the customer.

In the customer screen:

  • Search for an existing customer by starting to enter their name or phone number
  • If it's a new customer, enter their info including name, phone number and address 
  • Tap "Save" when the customer information is entered




Managing Delivery Orders


  • In the the Orders screen, tap "to go orders" to filter by all takeout types.
  • Tap the Delivery tab to view only delivery orders.

Here you can see all delivery orders, and their status.


Status Messages:

Waiting -- This order is waiting to be sent to the kitchen at the correct time

Printed -- This order has been printed to the kitchen

Out for Delivery -- This order has been assigned to a driver

Done -- This order has been completed, and marked done




Assigning Drivers

There are three ways to assign drivers to an order.

  • Individual order assignment
  • Map view
  • Driver Dispatch


Individual order assignment:

  • Tap the unassigned order
  • Tap the Assign Drive button
  • Choose the driver name from the popup



Map View Assignment:

This view lets you see where your orders are on a map, to help plan driver routes.

  • At the top of the order list, tap the Map button
  • Current delivery orders will appear as pins on the map
  • Tap the pin to select the order 
  • Tap the Assign Driver button

Driver Order SMS Texts


When delivery orders are assigned to a driver they will receive an SMS text with the delivery address and a link to directions.


To enable SMS texts to drivers, make sure their mobile number is entered for their account in Back Office > Employees > Manage Employees
