You can assign delivery orders to DoorDash Drive. This will dispatch a driver from the DoorDash network of drivers to come pick up the order for final delivery to the customer.
How to Assign an Order to DoorDash Drive
First, DoorDash Drive must be enabled. It is a paid service. For details contact Rezku Support.
When DoorDash Drive is active:
- Make sure the order type is set to "DoorDash Drive".
- On the POS, after checkout you will be asked if you want to dispatch to DoorDash Drive.

- Tap "Dispatch Now" to assign the delivery to the DoorDash network. Once it is assigned the delivery is now awaiting pickup from a DoorDash Driver.

Checking the Status of a DoorDash Drive Delivery
After dispatching an order to DoorDash Drive:
- Go to the To-Go Orders section of the Orders Screen.
- Tap the DoorDash tab to view DoorDash Drive orders.
- Tap the order you want to manage.
Here you can:
- Mark as done -- Mark the order as done when it has been picked up by DoorDash
- Cancel -- Cancel the order (NOTE: DoorDash may still show up to pick up the order if it is not canceled within the allotted time window. See DoorDash for details)
- DoorDash -- Tapping here opens a status window from DoorDash showing the driver's current location.

Online DoorDash Drive Orders
For online orders, you can auto-assign them to DoorDash Drive. When using this method, the DoorDash dispatch will be created automatically for all online delivery orders.
If operating with a mix of in-house and DoorDash Drive deliveries, set online orders to "Delivery" and manually assign a driver or to DoorDash.
