Employee Positions


Here you can create positions for employees to be assigned in Employees > Manage Employees. This information is used to add detail to your labor reports. The system comes with some default positions added. These can be modified, removed or added to.


Creating and Editing Positions

  • Click the Add New Position button
  • In the Edit Position panel:
    • Position Name -- Give the position a name
    • Position Wage -- Set the default wage for the position (optional)
    • Department -- Select the department that this position is under
    • External ID -- Add a position ID if required by your payroll service provider


To edit or delete an existing position, click the Edit Details button next to the position name
