Chowly Integration
Chowly allows integration with GrubHub, DoorDash, UberEats, Slice and many other 3rd party online ordering and delivery services.
With Chowly:
There is a monthly fee and a set up fee to get started with Chowly. Please contact Rezku Sales if you are interested.
Once the Chowly service is enabled, in back office, there is a button to push your menu to Chowly when you make updates.

For more accurate reporting of sales and transactions made through Chowly, set up your Chowly payment information under Payment Settings.
Make sure to click the Save button to save your settings.
Example Scenario: When viewing reports, you want to make sure your DoorDash orders (through Chowly) are tied to the DoorDash external payment type. Viewing the Sales By Source Report, you see that DoorDash orders come into Chowly with a subsource named "Sauce" (the DoorDash payment back-end). For "Sauce" you select your external payment type called "DoorDash". This will make it a lot easier to read your reports. You can now compare transactions for "DoorDash" to your DoorDash statements to make sure you're getting paid correctly through DoorDash.
Sometimes you will see surcharges on Chowly transactions. This is because 3rd online ordering services will calculate the total and occasionally it does not match the correct charge, especially in the case of taxes.
So, if you see unexpected surcharges on a Chowly transaction, this is not charged by Chowly or Rezku. It is a correction made by the 3rd party service's miscalculation of the cost. In these cases, the customer was under charged. To make up for this, the difference will be seen as a surcharge on the transaction.

Additionally, you may wish to set specific prices for your online ordering to cover additional costs. For each product, you can specify an online price and a 3rd party price. If a 3rd party price is added, this is the price guests will be charged through services integrated through Chowly.
TIP: You can also request Chowly to add a default upcharge to orders in their system, so you don't have to do so manually for each product in Rezku.
Some of the 3rd party online ordering services restaurants my use with Chowly do not pass taxes collected back down to the restaurant owner when pay-outs are made.
If this is a concern, restaurant owners can check the box "Exclude remitted taxes".

As of 3/10/2026 Chowly supports Default Modifiers. Please refer to KB article https://support.rezku.com/portal/en/kb/articles/product-modifiers-and-submodifiers to lean more about Default Modifiers and how to set them up.
Default Modifier Example:
In the following modifier selection for Nachos on the staging Chowly restaurant, all the free modifiers are pre-selected and included in the Nachos by default. Extra Cheese and Extra Chicken modifiers are not pre-selected and must be specifically selected by the customer to be included.
