2-Factor Authentication


What is Two-Factor Authentication:

  • Two-step verification is an authentication method in which, the user is only granted access to the account after they have provided both their password, and a special verification code.
  • The verification code will come in the form of a text message to the phone number set up by the account owner.


Why use Two-Factor Authentication:

  • Using two-step verification greatly increase account security.
  • Feel more secure, knowing only you have access to your account.


How to set up Two-Factor Authentication:


To get started setting up 2 factor authentication, log into Back Office.


Once logged onto Back Office, hover over your name at the top right of the screen and select "My Profile".


From this screen you will select the security tab.


Then click on "Enable two-step verification"


Enter a valid phone number into the field and click submit.


Now type in the verification code sent to the phone number you entered.

Two step verification is now set up for your account.


From now on when you log into back office you will encounter this screen



From here you will enter the verification code sent to your phone, and you can either log in or select the "trust this computer for two weeks" button to not require the code on that device for two weeks.
