Reports

There are many reports in Rezku Back Office.

Reporting Data

Each report is tailored for a specific purpose. However, the tools for filtering report data is shared across reports.

Reports are viewed in the browser. By default, the report shows today's data. Click the Yesterday button to view yesterday's report. Or click the Custom button to customize the report and view a different date.

Downloading Reports

Reports can be viewed in the browser or downloaded for printing or importing into external applications such as Microsoft Excel.

To Download a report, select the format you would like to download from the links at the top of the report. The linked file will save to your computer's selected downloads folder.

CSV -- Comma Separated Values format. A generic spreadsheet file compatible with many applications

PDF -- Spreadsheet data formatted and optimized for printing, but is not editable

Excel -- .XLS compatible file for importing into Microsoft Excel and other applications.

Custom Reporting Ranges

Selecting the Custom button will allow you to customize the reporting data and range. You can also view multi-restaurant data.

  • Report range presets-- Choose from preset time ranges including "Today" and "This week".
    • Or select "Custom" to pick a date range using the calendar

  • Filter by Time-- Specify the time range the report will pull data for.
    • If you have set up meal times in Settings > Meals, those presets will appear here
    • Set the start and end time using the input fields.

  • Select Days -- View only certain days of the week in the report

    • Days included in the report appear dark. De-selected are grey.

  • Included Restaurants-- For multi-restaurant reporting, select the locations to include in the report.
    • Merge Restaurant Data -- When selected, data for the selected locations will be merged into a single report. When de-selected, each location will be contained in a separate report.

  • Columns -- Specify the reporting columns to include in the report.

    • Select the check-box next to the column name

    • Each report has a unique set of columns

    • TIP: It is possible to add more columns than can be printed on a sheet of paper. This may cause printed reports to be difficult to read. Reduce the number of columns on the report so it will fit on the page.

Click Save in the custom reporting panel to run the report with the specified settings.
