These settings are used to set up the guest experience on your custom Rezku OLO website.
NOTE: Rezku OLO must be enabled and hours must be set for the page to properly load.
Additionally, your Master Register running Rezku POS must be online with the POS app open at all times to receive online orders. If the Master Register is offline, you will not be able to receive online orders, and the page will not load.
There are multiple settings in this section:
Site Settings -- These settings determine the basics of your online site and enable Rezku OLO
Site Design -- Where you can set the look and theme for your online menu.
Logo & Splash Page -- Add your restaurant logo and splash image on the welcome page.
Top Notification -- Add a notification or image to the top of the online ordering page.
Marketing Settings -- Allow guests to opt-in to email marketing (requires MailChimp Integration for use)
SEO Settings -- Use macros to create a search optimized title and description for your restaurant.
OLO Links -- Find all your links for online ordering in one place, along with downloadable QR codes.
Site Settings
Basic settings that enable online ordering.
In Site Settings:
Enable Online Ordering -- Enable your Rezku OLO menu website here.
Custom URL -- All Rezku OLO websites are hosted on Rezku servers at the URL "Order.Rezku.com", followed by a serial number. To help your customers remember the website you can add a unique keyword after the URL in place of the serial number. (e.g. https://order.rezku.com/BestPizzaEver)
Analytics -- Integrate usage data from your Rezku OLO menu with your existing Google Analytics account.
Enter the Measurement ID for your GA4 Property into the text field.
NOTE: Refer to Google's documentation for instructions on how to implement, use and troubleshoot Google Analytics.
Site Design
Site Design settings are used to customize the look and branding your customers see when they visit your online ordering site.
Menu Layout -- Choose your product display setting. Default presents a more compact view, while Large presents a more photo-forward layout.
Heading Font -- Choose the font used for headers in your menus and products.
Heading Color -- Choose the color for headings from either your primary or secondary theme colors.
Hide Restaurant Name -- When using a logo image for the top left of the page that includes the restaurant name, you may choose to hide the default text name for a cleaner look.
Background Tint -- Choose a background color for the menu. The default is no tint (white).
Default Product Placeholder Icon -- Choose an icon from the library to represent products without a photo.
Theme-- You can choose 2 colors for the menu's theme.
Primary Color -- Choose "No Color" or select one of the preset colors or click "Custom" to choose a custom color. This color is used for primary elements in Rezku OLO.
Secondary Color -- Choose "No Color" or select one of the preset colors or click "Custom" to choose a custom color. This color is used for secondary elements in Rezku OLO.
Restaurant Group Theme -- Rezku OLO supports multiple locations. The Restaurant Group settings allow you to set a theme for the restaurant group branding that is different than the theme used for each individual location.
Logo & Splash Page
Use this section to customize the images and logos used in your online menu.
TIP: For logos we recommend using image files with a transparent background for a cleaner look.
Restaurant Logo -- Choose an image file from your computer with your logo.
White Logo Background -- If you logo has a white background instead of transparent, enable this toggle for proper formatting.
Favicon Image -- Choose the small icon for the browser tab. This gives your website a polished look.
Splash Image-- This is the background wallpaper on the login screen. Choose an image from your computer.
Splash Tint -- Select "none" or choose from either your primary or secondary color for a tint on the splash image.
Restaurant Group Logo -- For restaurant groups with multiple locations, upload a restaurant group logo.

Top Notifications
Top Notifications are rotating announcements at the top of your online ordering page. They can be either text or graphics. Example uses for top notifications are to communicate instructions with guests or to highlight promotions.
Since you can have multiple notifications, they will be on seperate slides. To create a notification slide:
Click "Add Slide". Then, in the popup window:
Notification Type-- Choose the format for the notification.
Image -- Use an image from your computer for the notification
Text -- Use formatted text for the notification
Notification Type: Image-- Design a graphic and upload it from your computer.
Upload Photo -- Click to choose the file from your computer
Remove Photo -- Click to remove a notification image
Notification Type: Text-- Enter text into the box. Note that text is restricted to the space allowed.
Text Formatting -- Click the three dots on the right top of the text box for advanced formatting options including color, font and style.
Marketing Settings
Here are settings that relate to how you stay in contact with your customers through promotional materials.
Email Marketing:
Enable Subscribe -- When enabled, customers can check a box on the checkout screen giving permission to be sent marketing emails.
Subscribe Verbiage -- Enter the text that will appear to customers when presented with the subscribe option.
NOTE: Email subscription is based on MailChimp integration. You must connect your MailChimp account to Back Office under Settings > MailChimp Integration. When connected, new subscribers will be automatically added to your selected MailChimp audience. Social Media Marketing:
For any of the "social links", paste your profile URL.
When active, link icons for the service will appear in the footer of your online ordering page.
SEO Settings
Use these settings to optimize your page information to appear more frequently in local searches.
The format for page title is: [Restaurant Name][Cuisine Type][Concept Type][Restaurant Location]
The format for page description is: Online menu and ordering for [Restaurant Name][Cuisine][Concept][Location].
Title-- This is the page title for your online menu. Enter custom text or use default text based on selections.
Reset to default -- Reset text to default based on selections
Description -- This is the page description for your online menu. Enter custom text or use default text based on selections.
Concept Type -- Choose your concept type. This describes the restaurant environment or service type. This will be used to construct your preset title and description text.
Cuisine -- Choose your cuisine type. This describes the type of food served.
Google Business Profile -- Included on this page are instructions for setting up your Google Business profile. Use your Rezku OLO link URL when creating your profile.
OLO Links
On this tab you will find your online ordering links. There are also downloadable QR codes. This will allow you to effectively market these features to your customers by placing links on your website and social media, and on printed promotional materials inside your restaurant.
The links are:
Online Ordering URL -- A link to your restaurant's online ordering portal.
CRM Signup URL -- A link to a page where guests can add themselves to your CRM (loyalty) database.
Gift Card Portal URL -- A direct link for customers to purchase digital gift cards (eGift cards).
Link URL -- The complete URL text link. Click to open in a new tab.
Click to Copy -- Click here to automatically copy the entire URL to your computer's clipboard.
Download -- Click to download the QR code (.png file) that can be scanned via smartphone camera, to take users to the specified URL.
