Inventory Take Report



The Inventory Take Report helps you when re-ordering or performing a physical count/audit for ingredients.


Inventory List

The inventory list contains all of your currently added ingredients. To re-arrange the list, grab the control bar to the left of the ingredient and drag into the order you want.


Name -- Ingredient Name

Current -- Current stock on hand as tracked by the system

Par -- The minimum stock level "par" that you entered when creating the ingredient

Suggest -- The difference between the current stock level and the minimum par, as a suggested order amount

Amount -- A placeholder for you to enter a value. This can be used in 2 different ways.

  1. Enter the amount you plan to order. When ready to place your order with the vendor you can print the sheet for reference
  2. Or, print the sheet with blank amount and use the space on the printed sheet to write the physical count when performing an audit.

You can download the Inventory Take Report as a PDF or Print it

  • PDF -- Download a print-friendly PDF file
  • Print -- Print the Inventory Take Report to your local printer
