House Accounts




House accounts allow you to settle orders on the POS to be paid later for those with a house account. NOTE: You are responsible for collecting and recording payment for house accounts. House account activity can be found in Reporting > Reports > House Transactions.


NOTE: When at least one house account has been added, a new payment type on the POS checkout screen will be available called "House Account".


Adding a House Account

To add a new house account:

  • Click the Add Account button
    • In the Edit Account panel:
      • Account Name -- This is the searchable name that will be used for the house account
      • Phone -- Enter the contact phone number for the account holder

To edit or delete an existing house account, click Edit Details next to the account name.
