In Gift Card Portal Settings you can enable sales of eGift cards (digital gift cards) online through your Rezku OLO website.
NOTE: eGift card sales can only be enabled if online credit card processing has been set up for online ordering.
Choose a saved gift card tag to tag eGift cards (digital gift cards) for use when viewing reports that use gift card tags.
NOTE: Gift card tags are managed in Promotions > Gift Cards > Gift Card Tags.
Set the maximum purchase amount for online gift cards. NOTE: Online gift card purchases are considered card-not-present transactions and statistically are subject to higher rates of fraud and chargebacks.
Toggle Enable Gift Card Portal (green).
TIP: Online ordering hours do not effect availability of the card portal and it can be accessed at any time when it is enabled. The Rezku POS App does not need to be open at the time of purchase to receive gift card portal orders.
When enabled, a link for guests will appear in Rezku OLO to purchase gift cards.
Guests can also check the balance of their gift cards from the portal by clicking the link and entering their card number.
eGift card orders are shown on the POS App and can be managed like other POS orders. eGift card orders always arrive at the POS paid and settled. They will show as "Online" as the Order Type and are owned by the "Online Order" user.
Gift Card information including eGift card sales can be viewed in the Back Office under Promotions > Gift Cards > Gift Card Dashboard
There are also two reports available in the Back Office > Reporting > Reports > Gift Cards, and Gift Card Activity
