Back Office Event Logs


Changes made to Back Office settings are captured in the event logs.


TIP: Every user of Back Office should have their own seperate login for accountability.



Set Date Range for Event Logs

By Default, the event log viewer shows events from the last week.

  • To change the dates viewed:
    • Click the calendar icon
    • Select the first and last day of the desired range
    • The logs will show the events within the selected range




Filter User Events

You can filter the event log by user and only view Back Office activity performed by the selected user.




Viewing Event Details

The listed events may also include details about what was changed. These events have a down-arrow icon next to the.

  • To view event details, click the down-arrow next to the event.
