Drawer Settings

These settings control how reports print when closing the cash drawer.


Print Day Summary on Close -- The day summary printout shows live KPIs for the entire restaurant (across all POS terminals) up to the time the report is printed.


Print Drawer Summary on Close -- The Drawer summary printout shows activities performed on this specific drawer. This includes cash transactions, pay ins, pay outs, bank drops and audits. The report shows the beginning and final balance calculated for the drawer and if there are any discrepancies.


Print Options:

  • Ask -- Prompt to print the report when closing the drawer
  • Never -- Never print the report when closing the drawer
  • Always -- Automatically print the report when closing the drawer
